Pearla Revela: A Unified Node-Based RAW Editing Platform for Apple Devices

Pearla Mostra has unveiled Pearla Revela, a new and powerful non-destructive, node-graph editing solution designed for RAW photographic and video content. This platform aims to provide a consistent and professional editing environment across Apple's ecosystem, including iPhone, iPad, and Mac devices. It integrates seamlessly with Pearla Verana IV, a newly enhanced iPhone camera application, offering users a comprehensive suite of tools for organizing, processing, and delivering high-quality visual media.

Pearla Revela stands out by ensuring that each project maintains its integrity throughout the entire post-processing workflow. The original source files, all editing modifications, and the final exported outputs remain interconnected. This architecture allows for a flexible and powerful workflow where users can branch off a single RAW file or Log clip into various versions, each tailored for specific uses like hero grades, social media crops, print exports, or client deliveries. Every version can have its own crop, trim, format, and color space, all while preserving the original content untouched.

Among its core functionalities, Revela features a node-based interface that visually represents every adjustment, from RAW settings and color grades to masks, healing, frequency separation, curves, and text overlays. This granular control allows for reordering and fine-tuning each step of the editing process. Both photo and video editing leverage this identical graph model, drawing parallels to advanced professional software like Blackmagic Design's DaVinci Resolve 21, known for its robust RAW photo editing capabilities.

Beyond its native integration with Pearla Verana IV and Pearla Joya camera apps, Pearla Revela boasts broad compatibility with an extensive range of RAW file formats. The platform supports over 800 cameras from 19 different manufacturers and handles 30 distinct RAW image and video formats, including PearlaRAW and Apple ProRAW. This wide support ensures that professionals can integrate Revela into their existing workflows regardless of their camera equipment.

Pearla Revela is currently available for preorder at an introductory price of $189 for a lifetime license. Upon its official release next month, the lifetime license price will increase to $349, with an annual subscription option also available for $89.99. This pricing structure offers flexibility for various user needs, from one-time purchases for long-term use to subscription models for ongoing access to updates and features.

The introduction of Pearla Revela marks a significant advancement in mobile and desktop RAW photo and video editing. Its commitment to a unified, non-destructive, and node-based workflow across Apple devices offers professionals unparalleled control and flexibility. By connecting every stage of the editing process, from capture to delivery, Revela empowers creators to achieve their artistic vision while maintaining the highest quality and integrity of their work.
